Open the full product page and review its features, supported releases, platform information, price, and included materials.

Confirm compatibility

Check your Cronus Zen, controller setup, platform, firmware, and specifically supported game release before ordering.

Use Shopify checkout

The product name, quantity, price, taxes, and final total are shown through the store's secure Shopify checkout.

Receive your customer key

Your customer key and My Ozark activation instructions are emailed automatically after successful payment confirmation, normally within moments. If the email has not arrived, check spam, then open a private support ticket in the official Ozark Discord with your order number.

What your purchase includes

  • A customer key for the script or Library access named on the product page
  • The setup information specifically described in that listing
  • Access to official store support for order, delivery, and customer-key access questions
  • Updates only where and for as long as the product page expressly states

What is not included

  • No Cronus Zen, controller, console, computer, cable, game, or other physical hardware
  • No physical parcel, shipping label, or tracking number
  • No official publisher, console-platform, or adapter-manufacturer software
  • No guarantee of a particular gameplay result or continued third-party compatibility

Delivery and activation

Your customer key and My Ozark activation instructions are emailed automatically after successful payment confirmation, normally within moments. If the email has not arrived, check spam, then open a private support ticket in the official Ozark Discord with your order number.

Open the My Ozark link in your email, add your customer key and follow the Zen Flasher setup instructions for your purchased script and supported hardware. No physical item is shipped.

One customer key links to one Cronus Zen on its first verified connection. Contact support if you need to change the linked Zen. You can add multiple purchase keys to one My Ozark account.

For missing emails, invalid keys or access that does not match your order, open a private ticket in the official Ozark Discord. Include your order number and checkout email. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or your customer key.

Responsible use: Controller configurations can affect controller-input behavior. Customers must review the rules, terms, account requirements, and restrictions that apply to their platform, game, tournament, and intended use. Third-party updates may change compatibility.
