Library provides customer-key access to a collection of digital Cronus Zen scripts through My Ozark and the Zen Flasher. Each included script has its own requirements and compatibility limits. Included products: Access to the active Ozark product libraries, including ERA, Aura and Exotic, and published Ozark seller or standalone script releases. Each included script keeps its own compatibility limits. Cronus Zen and compatible controller/setup hardware are required and are not included.

What is included
The purchase provides customer-key access to the confirmed Library entitlement and supporting setup materials. It does not include a controller, console, game, computer, or controller-adapter device.

Requirements and compatibility
Compatibility can change when a game, console, controller, adapter, or firmware is updated. Confirm current support for every included product you intend to use before placing an order.
Compatible hardware
You must already own a compatible Cronus Zen and any controller, cable, or computer required by that device. Hardware is not supplied by Ozark.
Product-specific support
Each included configuration has its own supported titles, platforms, and versions. Library access does not make every configuration compatible with every game or update.
Platform permission
You are responsible for reviewing game, publisher, console, and platform rules. Some services restrict controller automation or third-party adapters.
How digital delivery works
Review the listing
Confirm the product description, price, compatibility requirements, and store policies before completing checkout.
Complete payment
Pay through Ozark Vault’s Shopify checkout, using the merchant name Ozark Green. Check the product, USD amount, tax, and final total before payment.
Receive your customer key
After successful payment confirmation, you receive a customer key for use with your purchased product through My Ozark and the Ozark Zen Flasher. No hardware or physical parcel is shipped.
Your customer key and My Ozark activation instructions are emailed automatically after successful payment confirmation, normally within moments. If the email has not arrived, check spam, then open a private support ticket in the official Ozark Discord with your order number. See the Delivery Policy.

Is this a physical product?
No. You receive a customer key for the confirmed Library entitlement through My Ozark and the Ozark Zen Flasher. No controller, adapter, console, game, cable, or other physical item is shipped.

No permanent or universal future-product promise is made on this page. Updates may be provided while an included product remains supported. Third-party updates can change or remove compatibility.
What if my customer key or purchased access does not work?
Use the published contact page and include the order email and a description of the problem. Ozark support can investigate missing or invalid keys, unavailable purchased access, setup errors, or a material mismatch with the product description.
