Ozark Vault is the Shopify storefront for Ozark Script products. Checkout uses the merchant name Ozark Green; card charges may appear as SP OZARK GREEN. Seller and contact information.

These Terms apply to purchases from Ozark Vault through ozarkvault.com and its Shopify checkout. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the product description, Compatibility page, Delivery Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products

Ozark Vault sells digital Cronus Zen scripts with customer-key access through My Ozark and the Zen Flasher, plus the setup materials described in each listing. Products are digital only. A purchase does not include a controller, console, game, computer, cable, or controller-adapter device.

Product information and compatibility

Review the complete listing before purchase. Compatibility depends on the specifically supported game release, platform, controller setup, Cronus Zen device, firmware, and configuration method. Third-party updates can change or remove compatibility. Contact Support before ordering if your exact setup is unclear.

Orders and payment

Orders are completed through Shopify checkout. The product name, price, tax, and order total shown at the final checkout confirmation apply to the purchase. We may cancel or refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, fails payment review, contains an obvious pricing error, or appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

Digital delivery

Your customer key and My Ozark activation instructions are emailed automatically after successful payment confirmation, normally within moments. If the email has not arrived, check spam, then open a private support ticket in the official Ozark Discord with your order number. No physical parcel, shipping label, or tracking number is issued. License and acceptable use

One customer key links to one Cronus Zen on its first verified connection. Contact support if you need to change the linked Zen. You can add multiple purchase keys to one My Ozark account.

Unless a listing states otherwise, a purchase gives the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased script through the supplied customer key. Customers may not resell, redistribute, publish, copy for another person, sublicense, reverse engineer for redistribution, or claim ownership of Ozark Vault content.

Third-party services and responsible use

Ozark Vault is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, console manufacturer, platform operator, or controller-adapter manufacturer. Product and company names belong to their respective owners. Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all laws, game rules, platform terms, tournament rules, and account requirements that apply to their intended use. No gameplay result, competitive outcome, or continued third-party compatibility is guaranteed.

Support

Join the official Ozark Discord and open a private support ticket. Include your order reference, checkout email, selected product and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details or passwords, or post customer keys publicly.

Refunds and consumer rights

See the Refund Policy for support, refunds, and remedies. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you can withdraw from your digital-content purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the purchase contract is concluded, without giving a reason. Any longer period required by applicable law remains available.

Email business@ozarkscript.com with a clear statement that you want to withdraw from your purchase. You can use the subject “Withdrawal request”.
Include your order number and checkout email if available. If you cannot find the order number, provide enough information for us to identify the purchase. Do not send your customer key, password, or payment-card details.
Send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires. You do not need to give a reason or complete troubleshooting first.

Where you are entitled to withdraw, we will refund all payments for the withdrawn purchase to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice, without charging a refund fee.

Receiving your key or activating digital access does not, by itself, waive your withdrawal right. No physical item needs to be returned. If you withdraw, stop using the digital access covered by that withdrawal.

Your rights concerning missing access, faulty digital content, or a product that does not match its description remain unaffected, including after the withdrawal period.

Intellectual property

A purchase does not transfer ownership of the scripts, documentation, artwork or branding. Rights remain with their respective owners. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or context where permitted.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ozark Vault is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party platform actions, account restrictions, or compatibility changes caused by third-party updates. This section does not limit liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version available when an order is placed applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
