Terms of Service

These Terms apply to purchases from Ozark Vault through ozarkvault.com and its Shopify checkout. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the product description, Compatibility page, Delivery Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products

Ozark Vault sells downloadable controller-configuration files, related setup materials, and digital bundles. Products are digital only. A purchase does not include a controller, console, game, computer, cable, or controller-adapter device unless a listing expressly says otherwise.

Product information and compatibility

Review the complete listing before purchase. Compatibility depends on the specifically supported game release, platform, controller setup, Cronus Zen device, firmware, and configuration method. Third-party updates can change or remove compatibility. Contact Support before ordering if your exact setup is unclear.

Orders and payment

Orders are completed through Shopify checkout. The product name, price, tax, and order total shown at the final checkout confirmation apply to the purchase. We may cancel or refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, fails payment review, contains an obvious pricing error, or appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

Digital delivery

Access instructions are supplied electronically using the contact details provided at checkout after successful payment confirmation. No physical parcel, shipping label, or tracking number is issued. See the Delivery Policy for the delivery process and timing.

License and acceptable use

Unless a listing states otherwise, a purchase gives the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered file. Customers may not resell, redistribute, publish, copy for another person, sublicense, reverse engineer for redistribution, or claim ownership of Ozark Vault content.

Third-party services and responsible use

Ozark Vault is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, console manufacturer, platform operator, or controller-adapter manufacturer. Product and company names belong to their respective owners. Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all laws, game rules, platform terms, tournament rules, and account requirements that apply to their intended use. No gameplay result, competitive outcome, or continued third-party compatibility is guaranteed.

Support

Use the official contact page for order, delivery, access, compatibility, or product-description questions. Never send payment-card details, account passwords, or license keys through the form.

Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds and remedies are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

The Ozark Vault storefront, original files, documentation, artwork, and branding are owned by or licensed to Ozark Vault. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or context where permitted.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ozark Vault is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party platform actions, account restrictions, or compatibility changes caused by third-party updates. This section does not limit liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version available when an order is placed applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
