Refund Policy

Ozark Vault sells digital controller-configuration files and digital bundles. No physical product is shipped.

Problems we will investigate

you paid but the digital product was not delivered;
the delivered file cannot be accessed or is corrupted;
you received a different product from the one shown in your order; or
the product is materially different from its description at the time of purchase.

We may ask for the Shopify order number, checkout email, device or software information, and a description or screenshot of the problem. We will first try to deliver the correct file, restore access, replace a corrupted file, or provide reasonable technical help. If we cannot provide the purchased product or an appropriate remedy, a full or partial refund may be issued as required by the circumstances and applicable law.

Change-of-mind requests

Digital content cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item. Where permitted by law, a change-of-mind refund may not be available after digital delivery or access has begun with the customer's required consent and acknowledgment. If legally required consent or acknowledgment was not obtained, any applicable withdrawal right remains unaffected.

Compatibility

Customers must review the product description and compatibility requirements before purchase. Contact Support before ordering if your game release, platform, controller, device, or firmware is unclear. This does not limit remedies where a product was materially misdescribed or where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

How to request help or a refund

Use the Ozark Vault contact page and include your order number, checkout email, product name, and a clear description of the issue. Do not submit complete payment-card information, passwords, or license keys.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to digital content that is not supplied, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
